Traditional and Modern Styling
Pros Smells good, light, keeps hair shiny and alive
Cons The good smell doesn’t stay long
Price £8.50 not bad for what it is
Recommend? Maybe
Ingredients
Aqua(Deionized Water),Propylene Glycol, Dicetyldimonium Chloride, Extract of: Marticaria, Sage, Cranesbill, Yarrow, Balm Mint, Lemongrass, Oak Bark, Witch Hazel, Rose Hips, Comfrey, Aloe Vera, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Panthenol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Benzophenone-3, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance, FD&C Yellow 5
I saw this on www.afrotherapy.co.uk and thought that I should try it out because I needed something for when I have my braids. The ingredients didn't look to scary and I understood what it was and apparently its a professional product. So it can't be all bad, right?. Well When I sprayed it in my hair it dried immediately and it didn’t feel sticky in my hair which was a great improvement from the products I had in the past. I didn’t feel any product build up in my hair but when I washed it, a lot of dirt came out of my hair. Don’t ask how, all I know is the water in the sink was well dirty. :c/
What I found annoying about this product though is that the smell disappeared as soon as the wind blew on my hair and it turned into a weird smell. I’m not sure if it had something to do with the product combining with my human hair extension, the air or the product alone, but I found myself spraying my hair very often to get rid of the smell. After a while the smell got worse and it started to annoy me so I stopped using it. Overall it is an ok product but maybe I should test it with only my natural hair because it could just be the combination with the extensions. It did however keep my hair soft and shiny.

I have noticed that about a lot of products made for black hair. It's a very sharp pungent odor equal that of B&B oil moisturizer, Ambi soft and even lotion, and some others.

I've decided to stick with essential oils or pure coconut oil(unscented) mixed with jojoba oil and shea butter
